Bo Burgers
I have been cooking burgers for our neighborhood pool and neighborhood association for about 30 years. My secret recipe has now been duplicated and I will stay with this for a long time. I add just a little other “herbs” to this mix and the taste is out of this world. I normally cook around 250-300 burgers on swim meet night, and with these the sky is the limit. Cooked burgers for a social engagement with about 100 people and I ran out of burgers. Though there is a real secret to cooking burgers just right, but the real secret is in the secret seasoning. I am so pleased this stuff is outstanding. Will also be using the rub on my butts when I cook them on my smoker. Great stuff. One of my good friends hooked me up to this and we are greatly appreciative them for this.

I found this one day and decided to try it out I’m not usually one for buying Cajun season due to it is always salty .This was spot on I have used it in etouffee , jambalaya,made fresh sausage’fried fish with it and of course tried it with my bloody marys .Every person who eats a meal that I have used this on will call the next day wanting to know where to buy some
I see people listing recipes to use with it well I have found anything that you cant put this on .I gave it 5 stars but it needs a few more

Best Meatloaf made with Chupacabra Rub – Cajun Blend
1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 1/4 teaspoons Chupacabra Rub 1 egg 1 cup Progresso
Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup milk
3tb of sweet baby rays, 1 onion, chopped then put about 1/2cup of sweet baby rays on top
cook at 350 for 1 hour

I picked this up today just to check it out and this is BY FAR, the best rub I have ever tasted. I like to make my own rubs and this is exactly what I wish it turned out like.

Cajun is awesome
I ordered the original and that was really good. It came with some Cajun sample packs try that on some chicken. It was so delicious I put it on everything now.

I have put it on just about anything I wanted to add good flavor with a kick too !! added it to my frying batter for shrimp, oysters, crab cakes and catfish and I got nothing but good reviews. I haven’t found anything it didn’t wake up the flavors

Spectacular and Spicy!
I tried the original blend and it was ok, so I wanted to try one that was a bit more spicy and this hit the spot! Used it on some trout and it was fantastic! It definitely has some kick to it but the more I ate it it was fine. Can’t wait to try it on some beef and poultry next.
