Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM CST. All orders will ship within 48 hours of the next business day, unless a special circumstance arises. All title and risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipments.
We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard shipping services. Orders are delivered usually within 7 days of shipment. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. The individual herbs and spices in our blends do not contain any of the 8 major allergens outlined by the FDA. The facility that mixes our blends is an SQF level II certified facility, which requires the strictest measures possible to avoid any cross-contamination of allergens during receiving, storage, production, and post-production operations.
Our products are considered vegetarian. The meat tenderizer is derived from plants and the butter flavor does not contain milk.
